Strickland Engineering began working with Identity Elements earlier this year after our previous supplier for embroidered business apparel went out of business.
We were celebrating our 25th year in business and needed additional company shirts for our new employees to match our existing shirts for the celebration. The task became increasingly difficult as we learned the previous company had slightly modified our original artwork when they embroidered the shirts. In less than a week, Identity Elements modified our original artwork to match the existing shirts, provided a couple of stitched samples for our approval, made the necessary changes, and completed the order before our 25th Anniversary Celebration.
They were very knowledgeable about their products and were able to find exactly what we requested. We were very satisfied with the quality of their workmanship and their desire to satisfy the customer.
It has been a pleasure working with Jim and Chris. We look forward to working with them in the future and would recommend their services to any company considering embroidered business apparel.
