What started as a home based embroidery business, Identity Elements has grown into a full service promotional products distributor and manufacturer serving customers from coast to coast. In fact, our products have been shipped as far away as Russia, Malaysia, and Israel.

Located in the beautiful rolling hills of the Missouri bootheel, Identity Elements is truly a success story. It began in August 1999 with the purchase of a single head commercial embroidery machine. Originally called The Embroidery Barn, we operated the business out of our basement on our 35 acre farm. We soon realized that in order to achieve our goals for the business, we needed to add a multi-head embroidery machine. We purchased a 4-head commercial machine in March 2000, less than one year after starting our business. We quickly grew out of our basement and after much consideration we decided to move the business to a retail location in April 2001 in order to better serve our customers.

Currently Identity Elements operates out of a 4100 square foot retail location. We are different from many promotional product distributors in that much of our work is done in-house. Our mix of embroidery equipment allows us to not only handle orders for the small business customer, it also allows us to complete large orders without having to send the job to a contract house. This means that we have full control of the job ... from the quality of the embroidery to the time it takes to finish the job.

In addition our embroidery and screen printing equipment, we also own a laser engraver. This high-tech piece of equipment can laser onto a variety of substrates including marble, glass, acrylic, plastic, rubber, wood, leather, anodized aluminum, and certain other metals. This equipment has allowed us to expand our product offerings to include awards, plaques, trophies, gifts, interior signage, and much more.
